Smart routing software integrated with EV fleets further optimizes delivery schedules, reducing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

However, challenges remain. High upfront costs, limited charging stations in some regions, and concerns over battery lifespan still pose barriers to mass adoption. Governments are stepping in with subsidies, tax incentives, and investments in urban charging infrastructure to encourage wider use.
